feat: retry + resume — failed-task retry (summary moved to a comment and cleared, requeue bookkeeping), unreachable saddles requeue with an interruption comment, manual requeue-to-resume for tasks stuck on offline saddles, daemon 'resumed' status surfaced as a progress entry
