Review round 2: centred spinner loading state and the emblem back at 8rem

The shared stm-preloader and the eleven per-page Loading placeholder paragraphs now render a centred Spry spinner (spinner-lg, role=status, aria-label) with a 40vh min-height flex centre - verified headless: 40px spinner, spry-spin animation, centred. The brand emblem returns to its original 8rem height (the sampler review's explicit ask; the first conversion pass had restrained it to 2rem, which read as too small in review) - verified 128px computed. Bundles green: pages 129, goalui 142, t4lists 27, t9library 39, theme 38, advisor_fix 47, t8fleet 37; task-log JS 108 OK; ascii OK.
