Goals bundle: assert the current plain nav markup

test/bundles/goals.py:151 pinned the nav-goal accent class and the target emoji that commit 5eaab31 removed from the nav; the check now asserts the served nav carries the plain Goals link. Icon coverage stays on the /goals list-page check that follows.
