Fix Operators for value types: boxed marshalling, sign-safe comparison, missing type branches

Generic delegates receive gconstpointer. Inline value types (bool, char, uchar, int, uint, long, ulong, enums) arrive as a pointer-sized integer carrying the value, but int64/uint64/float/double and every nullable value type arrive boxed as a real pointer to the payload. The old code reinterpreted the box pointer as the value: Dictionary<int64?,string> hashed and compared garbage pointer bits so lookups missed, and Comparison truncated (int64)a-(int64)b to int so large values compared with the wrong sign.

Hash, Equality, Comparison, Contain and Stringify now deref-or-null the box for boxed types (null boxes hash 0, equal only other nulls, sort first, stringify as null, contain as the GType default; choices documented inline), compare with sign-based ordering only (a>b ? 1 : a<b ? -1 : 0, never subtraction), carry explicit branches for bool, char, uchar, uint, long, ulong, float and enums which previously fell through to a pointer-difference fallback (now a deterministic 0), stringify char as the character (char branch precedes the shared int8 GType), bool as true/false, and enums as their value nick with numeric fallback, and hash uint/long/ulong by folding both halves so values differing only above bit 31 do not collide.

Known limitation, documented in each file: typeof(T) cannot distinguish T=int from T=int? since both share a GType and differ only in t_dup_func, which Vala generics cannot see.

Tests: 41 previously BROKEN-disabled value-type matrix cases re-enabled (dictionary, hash_set, priority_queue, sorted_vector, sorted_series across bool/int/uint/long/ulong/int64/uint64/float/char/uchar/enum), two impossible bool assertions corrected (bool has two values; items[2]==items[0] duplicated). Nine int64?/uint64?/float? pq/sorted_vector/sorted_series cases stay disabled with notes: assertions pass but Safety.vala boxed typed-array storage corrupts the heap at teardown, which is task 2's scope. Suite: 717 ok, 0 failures.
