Run ORM, migration and projection suites over PostgreSQL

The three suites bootstrap through a shared TestBackendContext: in-memory SQLite by default, or PostgreSQL when PG_TEST_CONN is set, with each context isolated in a disposable schema (per-process random prefix + counter, search_path scoped). create_table translates the suites' SQLite-flavoured DDL for PostgreSQL: identity columns, BIGINT/DOUBLE PRECISION/BYTEA, BOOLEAN and TIMESTAMPTZ where the entity declares bool/DateTime. meson registers PostgreSQL variants of each suite behind scripts/run-postgres-tests.sh, which skips (exit 77) without a server, cleans leftover isolation schemas and resolves build-relative test paths; the four PG tests run serially because the runner script drops schemas on startup.

PostgresDialect now quotes generated projection aliases so PostgreSQL case-folding cannot break the mapper's column lookups. MigrationRunner takes its __migrations history DDL from the dialect (new virtual migrations_history_table_sql; SQLite default unchanged, PostgreSQL uses a BIGINT IDENTITY column) instead of hardcoding AUTOINCREMENT.

The demo picks its dialect from the connection-string scheme and declares created_at as DateTime so each backend stores its native type. README documents the dual-backend suites, PG_TEST_CONN gating and the Postgres internals.

+Database-backed tests run twice: over in-memory SQLite (always) and over
+PostgreSQL when a server is reachable. The PostgreSQL runs go through
+`scripts/run-postgres-tests.sh`, which brings up (or reuses) a local server
+on socket `/tmp/pgrun`, port 5433, and skips (exit 77) when it cannot, so
+default builds stay green without PostgreSQL. Point the suites at another
+server with `PG_TEST_CONN`, e.g.
+`PG_TEST_CONN='postgresql://user:pass@db.example.com:5432/mydb' meson test -C build`.
+
+Each PostgreSQL test program isolates itself in a disposable schema
+(`t_<seed>_<n>`), so programs can share one server; leftover schemas are
+cleaned up on the next run. The ORM, migration and projection suites are
+backend-parameterised through `src/tests/test-backend.vala`
+(`TestBackendContext`), exercising the same test code against both dialects.
+
+The ORM demo accepts a connection string argument and picks its dialect from
+the scheme, e.g. `./build/examples/orm-demo "postgresql://postgres@/sqltest?host=/tmp/pgrun&port=5433"`.

+ * set to a reachable PostgreSQL connection string, the context instead
+ * opens PostgreSQL and isolates each call in a freshly created schema:
+ *
+ *   - the schema is dropped (CASCADE) if it exists, then created;
